Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Email — only if you choose to register for bonuses, withdrawal protection, or cross-device login.
  • Wallet addresses — deposit and withdrawal destinations.
  • Gameplay history — bets, wins, balances, bonuses (required by our license).
  • Network metadata — IP address, approximate country, browser/OS user-agent, and timestamps. Used for fraud, AML, and licensed-jurisdiction enforcement.
  • Support chat history — messages you send to our assistant.

We do not collect government-issued ID by default. We will request KYC documents only when our risk system, sanctions screening, or license obligations require it.

Why we use it

  • Operate the casino and credit deposits / process withdrawals.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, and multi-accounting.
  • Comply with our Anjouan and Laos licensing obligations.
  • Send transactional emails (login codes, withdrawal confirmations, important account notices).
  • With your opt-in: marketing emails about promotions and new games.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with:

  • Game studios — to launch game sessions you start (anonymous session token only).
  • Blockchain RPC providers — to read on-chain deposit confirmations.
  • Email provider — to deliver transactional and marketing email.
  • Hosting & infrastructure — Cloudflare and Supabase for application hosting and database.
  • Regulators — Anjouan Gaming Authority and Lao PDR gaming regulator on lawful request.

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ad-tech trackers.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA / UK / similar jurisdictions, you may request:

  • A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of your account and personal data, subject to a 5-year financial record retention required by our license.
  • To opt out of marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies and local storage only for: keeping you signed in, storing your country gate acknowledgement, and remembering UI preferences. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Security

Communications are encrypted in transit (TLS). Player funds are 1:1 backed by stablecoin reserves with the majority held in cold storage. We will notify affected players and regulators of any confirmed personal-data breach within 72 hours.
