Responsible Gaming
Spinman is here for entertainment. Gambling is supposed to be fun — when it stops being fun, we want you to be able to stop. This page sets out the tools available to you and the support we point you to if you need help.
A quick self-check
- Are you spending more than you can comfortably afford to lose?
- Are you chasing losses with bigger bets?
- Are you hiding gameplay from people close to you?
- Are you using gambling to escape stress, sleep loss, or low mood?
- Have you tried to stop and not been able to?
One "yes" is worth a pause. Two or more is worth talking to one of the organizations below — all of them are free.
Tools we offer
- Deposit limits. Set daily / weekly / monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cool-off.
- Session reminders. Optional pop-up every 30 / 60 / 90 minutes of continuous play showing your session duration and P/L.
- Cool-off. Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No deposit, no play, withdrawals only.
- Self-exclusion. Permanent or 6-month / 1-year exclusion. Once accepted we will not reopen the account before the term ends — even if you ask.
- Reality check. Open the chat any time and ask "show my last 7 days" — your assistant will summarize sessions, net P/L, and time played.
Limits and exclusions are managed from your account page. Email support@spinman.com if you need help applying one.
Protecting minors
Spinman is strictly 18+ (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Do not share your account, device, or wallet with anyone under that age. If you share a device with minors, we recommend installing FamiSafe, Net Nanny, or Gamban (blocks gambling sites at the OS level).
