1. Who we are
Spinman is operated by Spinman N.V. under a gaming license issued by the Government of Anjouan (Comoros Union) and a complementary gaming license issued by the Lao PDR. References to "we", "us", "our" and "Spinman" mean Spinman N.V..
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, whichever is higher.
- You must not be a resident or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. See our country gate on first load.
- You must be using the service for personal entertainment only — not on behalf of a business, syndicate, or bot.
- One account per person, household, IP address, or device.
3. Your account
You can use Spinman as a guest. Once you attach an email, you are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. Login is by one-time email code; we never store a password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Deposits, balances, and withdrawals
- Deposits are credited once the relevant blockchain confirmation threshold is met.
- Balances are denominated in USDT-equivalent micro units and may be partially composed of bonus credit (USDb) which carries wagering requirements.
- Withdrawals are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. We may delay withdrawals to perform AML, sanctions, fraud, bonus-abuse, or source-of-funds checks.
- Withdrawals will be returned to a wallet address controlled by you. We may require you to prove ownership of that address.
5. Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses are credited at our discretion and may carry wagering, game-eligibility, max-bet, and expiry conditions detailed at the point of grant. Abuse of bonus mechanics — including collusion, multi-accounting, or pattern play designed to game wagering — results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6. Prohibited conduct
- No multi-accounting, collusion, chip-dumping, or use of automated software / bots.
- No use of VPNs to bypass our country gate.
- No use of stolen payment methods or funds derived from illegal activity.
- No abuse of bugs, RNG patterns, or pricing errors. Discovered exploits must be reported to support@spinman.com.
7. Game fairness
All games are operated by third-party studios under their own RNG certification (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NoLimit City, NetEnt, BGaming). We do not modify game outcomes, RTP, or hit frequency. Round outcomes are final once the round closes.
8. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account at our discretion for suspected breach of these Terms, regulatory request, or risk reasons. Confirmed-balance funds belonging to a closed account in good standing will be returned to a verified wallet on request.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Spinman is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the lesser of (i) the balance of your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim and (ii) the equivalent of 5,000 USDT. We are not liable for loss caused by you sharing account access, losing your wallet seed phrase, or sending crypto to incorrect addresses.
10. Disputes
Send disputes to support@spinman.com. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Anjouan Gaming Authority through the contact published on their official portal. These Terms are governed by the law of the Union of the Comoros, with concurrent jurisdiction acknowledged under our Laos license for matters arising there.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the in-app announcement banner and by email to registered players. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
