How to withdraw from Spinman

Spinman is built around instant payouts. There's no review queue for ordinary withdrawals, no 'pending 3–5 business days', and no email ping-pong. You click withdraw, the money lands.

The 5-step flow

  1. Open Withdraw. From your Spinman balance page, click Withdraw.
  2. Choose network and asset. Most players withdraw USDT on Solana or Tron for cheap fees, or USDC on Base / Arbitrum.
  3. Paste a destination address. Always copy-paste from your wallet. Never type by hand.
  4. Enter amount and confirm. Spinman covers the network fee on most chains; large Ethereum withdrawals show the gas cost upfront.
  5. Auto-approval + broadcast. Most withdrawals are auto-approved and broadcast in under 60 seconds. Larger amounts may queue briefly for risk review.

Fastest & cheapest network to withdraw on

  • USDT on Solana — ~$0.0001 fee, ~2 seconds. Our default recommendation.
  • USDT on Tron (TRC20) — ~$1 fee, ~3 seconds. Best if you're sending to a Tron-native exchange like Binance / Bybit.
  • USDC on Base / Arbitrum — pennies, ~1–2 seconds. Best for EVM wallets.
  • USDT on Ethereum — only if your destination doesn't support cheaper chains. Fees run $3–$15.

Withdrawal limits

We don't impose fixed daily caps. Very large withdrawals (typically >$50,000 in a 24-hour window) may be split into batches as our hot wallet is replenished from treasury — the schedule appears in your withdrawal queue so you can see exactly when each batch broadcasts.

When KYC may be requested

For ordinary play and ordinary withdrawals: never. We may request verification when:

  • Single withdrawal is unusually large for your account history
  • Our risk engine flags potential fraud or bonus abuse
  • Sanctions screening returns a hit
  • Our Anjouan or Laos licensing obligations require it (rare; typically institutional volumes)

Withdrawing to an exchange

Most major exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit) auto-credit incoming transfers. A few notes:

  • No memo required. Spinman addresses don't use destination tags.
  • Match the network. If you're withdrawing USDT-Solana, ensure your exchange deposit address is also Solana — not Ethereum or Tron.
  • First-deposit hold. Some exchanges hold the first incoming transfer for ~15 minutes for risk review. That's the exchange, not Spinman.

If a withdrawal doesn't arrive

  1. Check the withdrawal queue in your history page. It shows status and (once broadcast) the tx hash.
  2. Click the tx hash to open the block explorer. If it shows "confirmed", the funds are on-chain.
  3. If the destination is an exchange and the chain confirms but funds aren't credited, that's an exchange issue — open a ticket with them with the tx hash.
  4. If anything looks wrong, ping support with the withdrawal ID. We answer 24/7.
